“信息技术生产率悖论”提出后,信息技术投资与企业生产率之间的关系备受关注。诸多学者从企业、产业等多个层面开展过研究,本书则另辟蹊径,从企业员工的角度,对影响其深层次使用信息系统的因素进行研究,即围绕企业信息系统实施的特点,构建了员工创新性使用信息系统的影响因素模型,并进行了问卷调查,进而通过结构方程模型对数据进行实证分析。研究发现:员工对系统的感知效用、满意度、员工信息技术的创新能力对其创新性使用有直接影响,管理层透过员工对系统的感知效用间接影响员工的创新性使用。
本书是作者在其博士论文及相关研究成果的基础上完成的,是基于影响员工创新性使用企业信息系统的决定因素而展开分析探讨的原创性研究。
