THE JINX

  Paul d’Aspremont is travelling to Naples to meet his fiancee, a beautiful, delicate English rose called Alicia Ward. Having courted Alicia in the sober northern climes of England and France, Paul finds his love challenged by Neapolitan superstition - in particular that of a handsome Italian count who wishes to win Alicia for himself. Claiming that he is acting in Alicia’s best interests, the Count convinces Alicia’s uncle that Paul has the evil eye.
